@1:51 PM

I'm back from Thailand!!! It truly is a Land of Smiles.

Thoroughly enjoyed myself there with my friends, especially the shopping!!! heeheehee
Stuffs there are much cheaper compared to singapore, but quality cant be compared though. What to do, these days "disposable fashion" is the trend! Who would wanna buy super expensive clothings/accessories and find them out of trend and totally un-usable the next season. Thats why we should all buy cheap stuff, so that its not so heartbreaking to stash them into the dark corners of our wardrobe when we find them ugly in a couple of weeks. hahaha!

I remembered the last time i went to Thailand was after my PSLE (ages ago man...) I was a cute, innocent and lovable little girl (corection, i AM still one now, with just a touch of class and maturity. LOL!), holding onto my parents' hands tightly with the fear of being scooped up by some random and eerie-looking stranger who will chop off my limbs and make me beg for money to feed their drug-taking habits.

Okay, so fast forward 7 years later, i realise i am still holding onto my girlfriend's hand tightly. Only this time round, with the fear of being knocked down by vehicles going at like 130 km/hr without the slightest acknowledgement of the freaking zebra crossing. Omg, crossing the main roads in Bangkok is like attempting suicide. Driving a car on the main road requires damn a lot of guts. No wonder the taxi drivers in Bangkok are all skillfully trained like some F1 racers.

Alright, to cut short this entry, i shall just list down my likes and dislikes regarding Bangkok.
Likes:
- Platinum Mall (HUGE, cheap, air-conditioned!)
- Chatuchup, a.k.a JJ market (HUGER, cheaper, hotter)
- Taxis (only those which go by meter cos its cheap!)
- Thais (majority are friendly, esp the gays)
- 7-eleven (its magically everywhere! and cheap too!)
- stray dogs (funny seeing how they lie around waiting for ppl to trip over them)
- night sky (can see many many many stars!)

Dislikes:
> Suan Lum Night Market (damn ex!! must reduce the price by more than half!)
> Thai oil massage (go only if u dun mind exposing yourself nakedly to a stranger woman)
> stingy salespeople (why cannot discount 50 baht more?!?! *&^%^%$#%&)
> swensens (lots of delicious but cheap sundaes which make me grow FAT =D)
> animal sellers (if in sg, these a**holes wld be charged for animal abuse/cruelty)
> steamboat (soup is bloody shallow and need to refill like once every 5 min)
> weighing scale (i seem to weigh 1.5 kg more there, hmmpt!!)
