@6:38 PM

I was doing past year exam paper and feeling very depressed when i came upon this question:
19. Knock-out mouse
(A) is a boxing champion.
(B) is unconscious most of the time.
(C) is a mouse mutated at any known or unknown gene.
(D) is genetically deficient in a specific gene as a result of homologous recombination.
When i read the first option, I just couldn't help but laugh out damn loudly. The setter really is a joker, and i guess he/she just wanna lift our spirits during the exam. lol. Boxing champion...nice one.

I'm feeling really depressed. I realised that i cannot remember alot of things. I thought i had remembered them all but when i started doing the past-year papers, i kept referring to my lecture notes. I knew what the question wanted but i just couldn't give the detailed explanation. I'm so sick of having to re-read the exact same thing over and over again when i can understand the whole concept. =(

I really understand, really really really. But i just can't seem to keep them in my head.

There's so much so much SO MUCH to remember!
So many different proteins, so many different enzymes, so many different pathways, so many different mechanisms, so many different regulations, so many different factors, so many different systems, SO IRRITATING!!!!!!

I really feel like giving up....
