This is the best animation on Action Potential and Saltatory Conduction that i've seen so far. I like it a lot a lot!! :)

It's in 3D, narrated, explained at an appropriate pace which makes it easy to follow and very very comprehensive! Anyone with a little bit of neurobiology background should be able to understand this.
